There’s something novel about actress Catherine Steadman —  she’s a novelist! After training at the Oxford School of Drama, the brainy beauty was cast in the medical series Holby City (2008) and the historical saga The Tudors (2010). Guest spots (Law & Order: UK, Midsomer Murders) and recurring roles (Inspector Lewis, Fresh Meat) on other shows followed, as did stints in many miniseries (Breathless, Quirke, Tutankhamun, Fearless, On the Edge). In 2014, the boob tube babe really displayed her range on the comedy Trying Again and the hit costume drama Downton Abbey. Yet, here at Skin Central, we’re partial to Catherine’s part in The Rook (2019) since it showcases her perfect pokies in a tight white T-shirt! Of course, it’s a mystery to us why the Starz mystery didn’t make better use of the British blonde’s mams. Oh, how we wish she exposed them. At least, we were treated to other delights, like the sight of her swapping sapphic spit with co-star Emma Greenwell. While performing on the big and small screens, Ms. Steadman penned the psychological thriller Something in the Water (2018) as well as Mr. Nobody (2020) and Disappearing Act (2021). Not only did her debut book become a New York Times bestseller, it landed on Reese Witherspoon’s book club list!
